According to CASHdaily, Google bought Endoxon on Friday for as little as 35 Million Swiss Francs, around 28 million US-Dollars. Pretty cheap.
16% of the 35mio. go to Credit Suisse. Google now makes Zurich to its world headquarter of geomapping and hires 50 people from Endoxon.
