Just a few questions and I hope to get some answers:
- How important is customer satisfaction for you?
- What do you do if you cannot solve a (simple) problem in 5 minutes?
I know, computer users sometimes really can be … unpleasant. But you as an IT guy, isn’t it your job to help them, at any cost? I am always surprised to see, how fast supporters give up on simple solutions like adding a special element to the Microsoft Outlook bar or creating shortcuts.
