Swiss Results on OOXML Voting

Daniel Baumann just posted the results for the Swiss voting for (or agains) the Microsoft OOXML format. If you just care about the final results, the voters are with 75.4 % (43) approved against 24.6 % (14).

Daniel notes that he is surprised about the pro-votes from Novell and Hewlett-Packard. I guess this has something to do with their partnership with Microsoft. Other partners like namics or unic have voted for the standard as well. The contra-votes are (no surprise there) from the more open and free companies and organizations. Or who was thinking that /ch/open, Wilhelm Tux, SIUG Swiss Internet User Group vote for that (false) standard.
