Yes, I really do!
I am disconnected for 2.5 days a week (hey, everybody needs some time to relax). But why on earth is it always on a weekend that our BarCamp Switzerland page crashes? I got an SMS from Gabor on Saturday evening (“Hey, the bar camp site is down”). So that happened now for the second time since August. But this time, I switch from Servage.net to my normal hoster Metanet (which hosts cocaman.ch and our lugr.ch site). So if you see any new errors or other problems, let me know.
And now to a quick BarCamp update (Gabor did his one already, no wonder, he Internet over the weekend 😉 and thanks to Chris for the mention in ‘Round the Bar Campfire):
- The final location is fixed: “We’ll be at ETH Zurich, in the CAB building” and we have free WiFi (details on location)
- We sent out several invitations (blog-to-blog seems not to work so good in Switzerland)
- I am pleased that Nicolas Berg and Douwe Osinga are confirmed for speaking. And a thank you for all the other speakers that have set a topic.
- And Gabor made some nice banners for our event. So support us and add one of those banners to your website/blog/signature
