SRG SSR Buys sfr.ch For 6000 EUR

According to the newest domain newsletter and own researches, the domain sfr.ch has been sold in the last week for 6000 EUR. A quick whois reveals, that Swiss television is the new owner.

I think this is the first step in the strategy, to merge television (sf.tv) and radio (drs.ch) to one big platform. sfr can be interpreted as “Schweizer Fernsehen und Radio” (Swiss Television and Radio).

Time will tell.

    Mist, ich lag im Oktober 2009 wohl falsch mit SFR (http://bit.ly/9Z8V6Y), die heissen jetzt SRF. aber denen gehört srf.ch gar nicht :-D
