Google Mail aka GMail with Plesk

I am a big GMail fan. And now they offer a “send-as” feature. With this, you can send your email as another user. So decided to give it a try and I set up my emails to my @gmail.com address. And as bonus I created a little tutorial for other Plesk users.

Click on more to see the tutorial

Step 1:

In Plesk, select Services->Mail

Step 2:

Set up a new email account (or use an old one) as redirect.

Step 3:

To set up as redirect, click on the email-address and select Tools->Redirect

Step 4:

Enter your gmail address in this field

Step 5:

If you want to redirect ALL the unknown email (like 123123@DOMAIN and asfasfa@DOMAIN) to gmail, select in your main window Tools->Preferences

Step 6:

Enter your mail account on your domain (not that one from GMail)

Step 7:

Add your new account to your gmail address, remember to copy the code

Step 8:

If you send an email, you can now choose from with address you want to send it

Having any troubles? Think this tutorial is great? Leave me a comment
